To link your bank transactions to your invoices, you first need to connect your bank account. With the automatic PSD2 bank connection, this process is now very easy. You no longer have to manually upload your files—everything happens automatically. After that, you only need to link them.

Follow the steps below to link your expenses to your bank transactions:
Linking Business Bank Transactions (Income) to Your Invoice
- Click on the bank transaction you want to link to your invoice.
- Select the correct invoice to link the transaction to from the suggestions.
- After your transaction is connected, click on close in the bottom right corner
- Go to the Invoices tab. You will see that the invoice with the linked transaction is now marked as "Paid" and has turned green.
Labeling Private Transactions
Do your bank transactions include private transactions? Follow these steps:
In the top left corner, select whether the transaction is Business or Private.
You should only select Private for personal withdrawals or when making a private purchase from your business account. Private transactions will not be included in your business income, and they will no longer be marked as "Not assigned".
