There are three ways to share the data of your Gekko account with your accountant.
You can download all your Gekko data through the 'Download data' page in the settings of Gekko. After a moment, you will receive an email at the email address linked to your Gekko account. The email will contain a ZIP file with your Gekko data. You can forward this ZIP file to your accountant for easy access.
- Your accountant can create a free Gekko for Accountants account. From a Gekko Accountants account, your accountant can invite you via email. Your accountant will invite you by sending an email to the email address you use to log in to Gekko. After you have accepted the invitation, your accountant can easily access your Gekko account and data.
You can add an additional team member to your Gekko company profile and invite your accountant as a team member. Invite a new team member through the Team page in Gekko. The cost for adding an extra team member is €5 per member per month.
