Want to collaborate with your accountant through Gekko? That’s possible!
Your accountant can have access to your account in three different ways:
- Your accountant logs into your Gekko account through your login information. This is completely free. Both you and your accountant can make exports of your data that can be read into your accountant’s used program.
- You make your accountant a team member. Adding a team member costs 5 euros per month if you have premium (12 euros per month). The advantage of this option is that your accountant has his own account with his own login information. This means that you don’t need to exchange your own personal login details with your accountant. Additionally, you can also decide which rights to give to your accountant.
- Your accountant creates a Gekko accountant account. The advantage of this option is that your accountant can manage specific accountancy tasks that you can’t do with a normal Gekko account. Think of specific accounting labels, a balance sheet, exports for other accounting programs, etc. An account is currently free as it is still in beta.
