Creating a Report of Your Worked Hours

You can view and invoice your logged hours via the Hours page in your online account:

Through the Hours Report, you can download your saved hours in Gekko as an Excel or PDF file for a clear overview:

Hours Page Overview

On the Hours page in Gekko, you can see an overview of the hours you've saved and also add new entries.
To log new hours, click on a time slot in the overview.
In the top left corner, you can switch between different views: Week view, Month view, or a List view of your logged hours.

Hours shown in:

• Gray are hours that were saved "without a project". These hours must be linked to a project before they can be invoiced.
• Red are hours that were saved with a project, but have not been invoiced yet.
• Green are hours that have been invoiced.

Invoicing Hours

In the left sidebar of the Hours page, select a project or customer (see left arrow below in the interface).
Once you've selected an (active) project or client, you'll see the "+ Invoice hours" button appear at the top right (see right arrow).

Clicking this button will import your unbilled hours into a new invoice, which will be linked to the selected project or client.

Hours Report

The Hours Report gives you a clear overview of all the hours you've logged in Gekko.

• Use the filters to customize your view—for example, by period, hour status, or the client/project you're reviewing.
• To see the total in hours and minutes, click the "in hours & minutes" button to switch the display.
• Click the "Download data" button to export your selected hours. You can download the report as an Excel or PDF file.
• Please note: only hours linked to active projects will be included in the export. You can reactivate archived projects via the Contacts page in Gekko.
